In October of 2010 it was decided that Edge Recumbents would cease operations as a separate entity and be merged with Razor's Edge Engineering. It was also agreed since both companies were so intertwined and partly shared the name, that Razor's Edge Engineering would change its name to Edge Engineering.

Edge Recumbents
